Own Your Voice | Women – Community Zoom Call: Release + Receive

Between the real and perceived pressures of the holiday season, the long dark winter days, and all the other elements of daily life that can really feel like they’re piling up at this time of year, it can have us feeling aaaaaaall the feels.

So, I’ve added this community zoom call for next week.

The intention for this call is to give anyone who needs it a space to release something that is weighing them down and receive some nourishment…or simply drop into the presence of a loving and intentional community of women.

The discussion prompt for the call is:
– What would I like to release?
– What would I like to receive?

Feel free to use this time to release an old story, vent out frustration, or let go of anything else you are ready to put down, and allow us to support you with kind words, loving reflections and affirmations, or if you need it, genuine support, guidance or holding.

Grab a cup of tea or wine, or whatever you like, and join us on Tuesday. If you need to roll in late or leave early, that’s ok.
