Find your voice in a fun online community.

Many people experience fear or anxiety around conversations or speaking in public. This fear is typically a response to the potential negative outcomes – perceived or real, that you think you will face once people start paying attention to you. This is a fear of being fully seen and heard. What if I’m not good enough? What if I’m wrong or underprepared? What if I do a terrible job? What if I sound stupid? And on, and on, and on goes the self-doubt.

This community will help you tame this pesky self-doubt, believe in yourself and your abilities, and speak up in a clear and comfortable way. You have permission to:

  • Trust yourself, your education, your experience, and your instincts.
  • Trust that others will trust you, and that you are worthy of their trust.
  • Speak up.

What Others Say:

“Sam is a truly incredible coach – I came to her to help me practice saying words in front of people (aka public speaking), and she’s gone above and beyond in helping me find tools and tricks to overcome this fear, as well as teaching me to be a better communicator in both personal and professional capacities. I’m SO glad I found Sam, and I know I’ll continue working with her as long as I can. ”

“I contacted Sam when I had some communications challenges at work and our 5 sessions were really helpful. It was therapy, confidence building, soft skills building, and communications techniques all rolled into one. Sam is very insightful and her instincts are spot on. She’s amazing!”
C.L.

“I have been working with Sam for the past year on my public speaking and singing abilities.  In addition to the usual fear of public speaking, I also have a stutter and Sam was able to determine my breathing was shallow, a very critical observation that many speech therapists did not pick up on.  Sam is patient, caring and super flexible with scheduling.  It has been a pleasure working with Sam and highly recommend her for all your vocal coaching needs.”
M.G.

“I am grateful to have found Sam. Being rather shy and tentative about using my voice, it’s important that I feel really safe in order to let it out. Sam creates an ultra-safe space, and is so tuned in to what’s going on. Her sensitivity, great teaching skills and gentle-but-firm approach work really well for me. I’m very happy to feel my confidence growing rapidly.”
